2-Day, onsite intensive training class on how to manage an effective Internet Sales Team. Training includes how to market your dealership and increase leads, convert leads to sales, and how to handle phone-ups and email inquiries. During your intense 2-day training, you will learn how to create effective online new and pre-owned specials ads, email marketing campaigns, and more.

We offer this training to all dealerhsips regardless of who created their website. Our dealership training classes leave no stone unturned. Content Management System Training
1-day phone/online or on-site class on Contribute CMS. This class covers adding content to your Contribute-enabled website without learning HTML, maintain website integrity and look-and-feel through integration with eDealerBiz templates, delegate routine content updates to users without compromising site integrity, post and publish content from within Microsoft Office applications, iIntegration between Contribute and Microsoft Office applications—including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Learn how to create online ads for your specials, annual sales events such as Red Tag, Year-end, etc., including taking digital images and adding those images to your custom ad design, font style, size, colors, and more.
Customer Relationship Management Training
Sign up for upcoming instructor-led online learning sessions. Learn the basics of Sugar Suite in online seminars and workshops that cover role-based topics such as Getting Started, Opportunity Management, Administration and more.
Learning sessions are available in groups of learning packs or as single offerings. Learning packs enable users to get up-to-speed quickly and are available at discounted prices.
All session times listed are in the Pacific time zone. A Windows or Mac computer with high-speed Internet access is required to participate in all learning sessions. These learning sessions are provided by Sugar Suite.
Online Inventory Mangement Training
Phone-based training on using our DMS polling system for Franchised dealerships or our Pre-Owned Inventory Management System. We cover all aspects of each applicable web-based system from setting up and modifying your Internet Sales contact information to created time-based special Internet pricing. You'll also learn how to take digital pictures and upload them to your website's inventory system.
